How We Work

Evaluation (60-90 minutes)

Comprehensive movement assessments are performed to identify dysfunctions, imbalances, and compensation patterns contributing to pain or limited mobility. A detailed evaluation process is used to develop a personalized treatment plan targeting the root causes of discomfort and enhancing overall functional movement

Treatments (60-90 minutes)

Customized treatment plans are designed to address muscle imbalances, joint restrictions, and fascial tension using techniques such as manual therapy, corrective exercises, and postural re-education. These therapies aim to restore proper movement patterns, reduce pain, and improve overall mobility and function.

Personal Training (30-60 minutes)

Personalized training programs are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance, with a focus on corrective exercises to address movement imbalances and enhance posture. Each session is tailored to support functional performance, prevent injury, and promote long-term health and fitness

Advanced Manual Therapy

Individualized manual therapy techniques to address muscle imbalances, joint restrictions, and fascial tension, utilizing methods such as visceral mobilization, craniosacral, functional mobilization and manual manipulation. Through targeted hands-on interventions, we help restore proper movement patterns, reduce pain, and enhance overall mobility for optimal function and performance

Nasal Release Therapy (NRT)

Nasal Release Therapy (NRT) is a hands-on technique that uses gentle pressure applied to specific points inside the nasal passages to release tension in the head, neck, and upper respiratory system. It helps alleviate issues like TMJ, neck pain, headaches, sinus congestion, and improves overall mobility and alignment by targeting the fascia and connective tissue.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy uses high-energy acoustic waves to stimulate healing in damaged tissues by promoting blood flow, reducing pain, and encouraging cell regeneration. It’s commonly used to treat musculoskeletal conditions like tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and calcific shoulder tendinopathy, offering a non-invasive alternative to surgery.
